Beth Human started with APEX in Aug of 2004 after moving to Kansas City from Alabama where she worked as an executive assistant for the CEO of a manufacturer. Previously Beth had been in the purchasing side of the business and today she is the gate keeper of all things APEX while managing lead times, project follow up, and communications, both internal and external, within the Apex sales team and its manufacturer principals.

Mike Klosterman began working as a manufacturers’ representative in 2006 after graduation from college with a degree in Marketing. He is a third generation member of his family to work in the Food Service Equipment industry. Mike received his CSP certification in 2009 and is in the second year of achieving CPMR certification in 2012. Both CSP and CPMR are Professional Manufacturers Representative training programs valued by Apex Commercial Kitchen Company.

Nathan Reece started with Apex Commercial Kitchen in January 2010 after being in the foodservice industry for 11 years. He has performed roles in various parts of the industry including CAD Technician, Estimator, Project Manager, and Manager of Engineering. The skills he has learned over the years have enabled him to understand what it takes to complete a fully functional and operational kitchen. Nathan handles all inside sales responsibilities as well as project management and quoting.

Gary Wilbers is a principal of Apex Commercial Kitchen Company and has spent over 30 years in the foodservice equipment industry. Gary’s career started as an estimator for a foodservice equipment fabricator/dealer followed by work with a traditional full service dealer before becoming a manufacturers’ representative. Gary works in areas of general management of Apex as well as coordinator for construction and trade personnel in solving installation warranty and trouble-shooting issues in the field. Gary is active as a communicator to the consultant and design dealer base of the business.

Sherry Clark has been with Apex since January 2006. Sherry’s experience on the operator's side of the industry has proved invaluable to Apex as Sherry started in 1995 as a cook in a major school district and moved up to Assistant School Food Service Director. In 2001 Sherry worked as a sales representative with a food broker that called on K-12 schools where Sherry became involved with various national school foodservice lunch program issues. She has been active in local, regional, and national industry associations and is currently a board member of the Greater St. Louis School Food Service Directors Association.

Mark Klosterman is a principal with Apex Commercial Kitchen Company and began his career in the food service industry in 1976. Mark spent the first 29 years of his career in sales & marketing positions at the manufacturing level. Mark worked for several major firms in the foodservice equipment industry including his final position on the manufacturing side as Vice-President of Sales & Marketing for a major manufacturer in the St. Louis area. In 2005 he started a manufacturers’ representative firm and in 2007 partnered with Gary Wilbers and APEX Commercial Kitchen Co.

Joe Klosterman began his work in the foodservice industry in December 2009 after working for 2 years for a large convenience store chain as a store manager. Joe Klosterman and Mike Klosterman are brothers and share being the third generation of their family to be food service professionals. Joe lives and works in the Des Moines area and is involved in local, regional, and national trade associations.

John Speicher started with Apex Commercial Kitchen in January 2010 after working for years in his family’s restaurant equipment and supply dealership. John’s expertise in design and contract sales prepared him well for consultant, end user, and chain work where his industry experience in the specification of products aids him in answering the needs of territory design and operator clientele. John is active with chef association events and provides direction in product training at Apex.
